Where in admin to set MAX_DISPLAY_PRODUCTS_LISTING

Where in the admin can I set MAX_DISPLAY_PRODUCTS_LISTING I'm having a devil of a time finding it. I'm resisting temptation here to edit php code and do things the zen way.

Admin> Configuration> Maximums> Products Listing- Number Per Page

Just a note on how to find constants in the configuration section of the Admin ...

Go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and enter the constant that you are looking for in the TOP input box and select NONE from the dropdown then click Search ...

This will give you a display of where and what the value is and a link that will take you to it in the configuration section ...
