Wishlist question

Ok it has been a while but my store is up and running and now has over 3000 items.

I need to know how to create or impliment a wishlist. I read a few posts here some are a abit old and others jump around a bit and I dont feel like wading thru 14 pages of jumping around.

Plain and simple canit be done and how can it be done easily? (adding a wish list to my store I mean)
