Downloads stopped working after ipowerweb moved me to another server

I am running version 1.36 on Ipowerweb. Recently they moved me to the "new servers" and my downloads quit working. I am not sure if they changes something or what might have happened. Anytime I click a "Download" button to download my file I get HTTP Error 400

These downloads worked perfectly before, any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. unless your already on Ipower I would not recommend them, they have really gone down hill.....

Start by checking the basic downloads configuration stuff like:

Attributes Control page - are they downloads still showing up as green?

/pub folder permissions still 777

Downloads Manager - are the downloadable products listed correctly?

I too have had this issue since the transition and the issue is that the new server etc that they have implimented cant read the temp files created in the pub folder because they are created with a period in front of them. If you contact ipower and have them give you a tier 3 person and explain this to them they can have someone fix it for you.

If anyone happens to know what file in zen controls how that temp file in pub is written please let me know as I would like to take it out of the file on my own instead of having ipower do it LOL and so I know for future zen updates as well.
