Customer download gets error message

Hi Wilt,

It's linux based server. I've tried both download by redirect true and false but neither worked.

It's now been almost a year.... Is there a guardian angel out there that will help me solve this problem once and for all? It doesn' t make any sense. Regardless of download type (streaming/redirect) or pub/ folder permissions, it still gives the error message. Also, the config files are fine. No reason why this shouldn't be working.
