Installing Templates in 3.7.1

I've recently loaded Zen Cart, version 3.7.1. Wonderful application. The one thing that's a struggle is installing a template.

Several of the instructions say to install in includes/ templates folder. I don't have that folder under includes. In fact, I can't locate a separate templates folder anywhere.

Where does one install a template in 3.7x?

Uhmmmm are you talking about vBulletin or Zen Cart? 3.7.1 is a vBulletin version number.
