Need Help

Hi, I am new to Zencart, I do webpages, and a woman I work for wants me to do up a store for her, do I still download everything to mu computer, I am confused about that. The way I read it, if I put it on my computer than everything comes to me, which we don`t want, the emails from the store would have to go to her.. Sorry, I am lost at with this,any help would be greatly appreciated..

You can download Zen Cart to your computer and unzip it. You can even get it to run if you install some additional software, but unless you install it somewhere on the internet, no one but you is going to see it. When you upload it and get customize it for your client, you can set it to do what you want.

If you are hosting the site for your client, you can still change the settings so that her information (email, etc) is used.
