Default My HDUHAU not working quite right

I've installed the mod and while it looks like it's working great...it's not. Under the "referred by" section in the admin when I click on customers it shows none for my customers. Anybody seen this before? I ran a search and found everything but this.

Surely someone has noticed that this module doesn't work properly? Can anyone help?

Is there a support thread for the mod? Have you looked there?

Well, the support thread is dead. Many months ago I managed to solve this problem on my site www.redlinestands.com but now I'm trying to solve the same problem for my buddy's site www.mowerpartsupply.com/catalog I've even gone as far as to copy all the files that make the mod work from my site to his and still no dice. Anybody got any ideas?
