How to change Manufacturer Title???

Hi everybody,
I am wondering if theres a way to change the Manufacturer box/Music Genre to something else.
I am currently using Classic style template.
You can take a look @ http://modofinder.com/ I would like to change the title of those boxes as my stock constantly expands, currently just under 10k.
Any help and step-by-step processes would be much appreciated. David. http://modofinder.com/

You can change the language files to change labels on most anything - NOTE: you need to use a custom template override so you don't lose those changes when you upgrade.
