Default New site through my current host

I have had a Microsoft Frontpage site with my current host for 3 years. Because I want to sell painting packet instructions (like an e-book) I chose zencart instead of SiteNShop which I usually use. My problem is this...

How do I make changes to the format ... are the settings my host has the only ones I can use? or do I download Zen Cart to my computer, make changes, and upload them with the rest of my site?

I can't even find out how to change the graphic at the top of the page to my logo graphic!!

I've been so used to WYSIWYG and HTML programming, that I am totally out of understanding when I look at Zen!!

    Totally confused.

There's a learning curve, so expect to be confused for a while. It's normal... until WHOOSH, you're Zenned!
