First of all, please read this thread about how to apply image background for links.

Everything is OK except in Internet Explorer which cause the background image to flick. I have read this tips on fixing this 'Image Flicking' problem. But I dont know where and how to insert the javascript in php file.

I also found this thread but the css tips doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to insert the javascript in php?
