Image Handler not appearing in Tools

I GOT IT -- I GOT IT

Excuse my exuberance......

To paraphrase Sherlock Holmes "If all things probable are not the answer, then the answer is improbable" or in today's language "Think out of the Box"


I was making all the changes in c:\PosStore which was really a backup folder.

The correct folder to make the changes in was C:\dev\xampp\htdocs\POSStore
It was up and running in 2 minutes.

Ah, 7+ decades on this planet does slow the brain a bit.

The folder c:\POSStore that I had made the changes to was a backup file.

The correct folder was
C:\dev\xampp\htdocs\POSStore
IH2 was up and running in 2 minutes..

Ah, 7.+ decades on this planet does slow the brain a bit….
