On my product listing on my website the curency is showing as J not £. how can i change it to £?

Can you see it says J212.42 not £212.42?

Looks fine to me in Firefox 2, IE6 and 7 and Opera. Hence my questions about what browser you're using and what character encoding you have it set to.

Im using internet explorer 7 and i dont know what character encoding are?

im new to zen cart.

This is nothing to do with Zen Cart. It's most likely the encoding that your browser is set to. In IE7 you can set this by going to View > Encoding
