I am trying to setup USPS shipping and it does not work. If I put it in Test mode and go to my store I get this message:
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)
Your account is in TEST MODE. Do not expect to see usable rate quotes until your USPS account is moved to the production server (1-800-344-7779) and you have set the module to production mode in Zen Cart admin.
If I set it to production server I get this message:

I sent an email to USPS asking them to move my account to a production server but got the email below. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for contacting us. The test logs under your UserID do not show valid test requests. We are unable to move your account to the production server until a valid test request is received. If you are using third party software, testing is not required. However, you must provide us with the name of the software you are using. We can then update your account.
