How do I change "Address" to "address details as it appears on card" ?

Hi Folks. I am trying to add something really simple. My merchant at time of checkout does not ask for address or amything, all they capture is the card but they do verify that address and such items that are checked to prevent fraud. when the customer is creating the account I want to change the address details. It says

Address Details

and I want to chage it to

address details as it appears on card

thisway when the customer enter the information it should match that of the credit card that he may use. some people would enter their work or the shipping address rather that the billing address for the credit card.
