Google Apps - Any Use This & Have ZC Email Working?

Hi all,

I have recently signed up for Google Apps, and completed the couple of easy steps to have them handle my emails (sooooo much better than the poor web based email my host provided).

Anyway, I just recently installed Zen Cart, purchased the excellent looking documentation and began customizing the store.

When I try and use the email functionality in ZC, I am having issues.

In the Email Options I currently have the settings;
* SMTP Email Account Mailbox - [email protected]
* SMTP Email Account Password - not-telling-you ( )
* SMTP Email Mail Host - smtp.gmail.com
* SMTP Email Mail Server Port - 465

Are these correct for Google Apps?
I have searched their support for an hour plus, and cannot confirm or deny it. Anyone here use Google Apps for their email and shed any light on this?

When trying to send an email to my test customer from with ZC Admin, I get the error message - "Email Error: The following From address failed: [email protected]"

It seems I had broken this (perhaps no surprise there! ).

I had changed 'Email Transport Method' to SMTP, from PHP.
Upon changing this back, all is right in the world again.
