Categories box on the side

I cannot seem to get my categories box to show up on the side. I have it in one store, but can't do it in the other. I've searched the tutorials, but can't find the information. Where do I look?

Admin > Tools > Layout Boxes Controller is the place to set location and display of sideboxes. Neither of the sites in your sig are Zen Cart; if you need more help, post links to the sites in question and maybe that will enable someone to see what's wrong.
