Minimum Order Fee

I know there's a module for minimum orders but it does not allow checkout unless a minimum order amount is made. But is there a module that will allow checkout but with a fee? i.e. Orders under $25 add on a $3 fee.

Peek in the Modules ... Order Totals ... and look at the Module for Low Order Fee ...

There is no Order Totals Category in Modules and I did a search and nothing came up with the name Low Order Fee

In your Zen Cart Admin ...

Click on Modules ... then Order Total ... which is located just below Payment and Shipping ...
