The store I'm setting up can have customers from all around the world. I was wondering if instead of having loaded all the states for every country, if a text input field could be provided for the person to input the state himself. How can I do this?

I think this is the setting:
Admin > Config > Customer Details > State - Always display as pulldown?Mods: Admin Activity Report || PO Box Ban || Empty Cart Manager || Autoresponder+ || Zip Validator || Desktop Data || SRiC
