the problem is: i set a minimum order fee of 0.50 $ for any order under 2 dollars ( i sell downloadable products) but when i buy somehing under 2 dollars the minimum order fee is shown but when you check out you are not forwarded to paypal to pay it though.... just to download the products for free.

the products you can have this way are free - it should be an addition to your order.
