Credit card orders are processing fine, but paypal orders are not showing up in my orders list at all - payment is made, but it's somehow not being communicated. Paypal IPN is enabled both in the cart and at paypal, and the address in paypal is what the cart suggested (same as before the move, and it was working then)
Any ideas? I'm completely embarrassed having to contact customers and say "Thanks for your order, now what was it you ordered?"

did you uninstall and reinstall the paypal IPN module in your zen cart admin,
you need to do this to reset server pathsZen cart PCI compliant Hosting
