i have installed Crafty Syntax Live Help on my server. now im trying to put the sidebox on my website, for some reason it doesnt show in the sidebox. i installed the sidebox for domain crafty syntax there is also another folderi in the setup folder by the name of craftyyntax sidebox for different domain. anyways when i install the first option because i was installing on my server in my domain name and in the installation asked me to change some setting inincludes\languages\english\extra_definitions\craftysyntax_sidebox_defines.php for directory change i put /livehelp which is in my directory , but i dont get anything in the box, i even tried to put htt://mysite.com/livehelp and nothing would come up on the box.. so please help me to solve this issue
