how do you change the titles on the navbar in the apple zen template

Hello simple question just can not seem to find where it is or any info on this. just looking to change the title "catagories" to something else like products or shoes. What i would really like to do is combine the information and contact items under one catagory also I would like to seperate all my catagories onto differat tabs at the top instead of listing under one tab "catagories" how would i do this

Can produce ezpage internal links for all and turn off the info sidebox when done

See the link and instead turn them on to start with or for your added nav bar you would have to hard code the separation of individual categories
