Trouble getting to Admin Panel

Got everything installed with minimal problems but now I'm at an impasse - I seem to be able to get to the Zen Welcoming Page. At least, I think so.

The instructions say I should click "Continue" but I see nothing that says that. So, where did I go wrong?

I want to change the template and many other things so where do I do that? In the Admin panel, probably, but how do I get there?

The link you provided takes me right to your store.

Your admin address is the same, with /admin added.

Templating isn't done through admin (other than selecting one from a list of available templates when you get some installed), but there are a whole lot of options in there to experiment with.
