Hey Eagle,
Here's another thread that specifically addresses your issue. I don't know if this resolution will work for you or not, but it might get you pointed in the right direction.

yeh i tried that mate, unfortunately still a no-go ......... im stumped
to center that image in the sidebox..... in stylesheet.css
#livehelp {text-align:center}
#livehelp img {margin-top:15px;}
i dont use the mod, so I dont think I can help with other issues..

Thanks Steve! I knew something was wrong with my syntax, I just didn't know what it was. That did the trick!
Regarding functionality, I'll reach out to the folks that reworked it for Zen Cart and see if they can offer assistance.
Eagle, sorry that didn't help you. I'm thinking since the border is affected, it's probably not the Mod itself, rather something in the coding in general in terms of how it's interacting with other code for your site.
Maybe your next step should be to post your question in another part of the forum that gets more traffic - like page layout or customizing?
I hope your issue gets resolved.
how would you keep this from being used on checkout?
right now with it installed and you go to check out you get the pop up of accessing secure and non secure pages.
OK the ssl error does not happen in FF ony IE. so what would need o e changeto corect this error?

Hi d1,
my browser won't pull up this URL: www.scproductsdsign.com so I can't look at it.
What I can tell you is that the SSL issue isn't related to the mod itself. It's likely because you don't have SSL installed on your HCL pages, just in your cart. I can't tell you how to fix that because I haven't yet had my SSL certificate installed so I'm not at the point yet in my store's development where I'm dealing with that. Perhaps another could answer that question.
I think your easiest solution is to do what you first asked about, which is to turn off the HCL module sidebox on your check out page.
To prevent the HCL sidebox from appearing on your check out page, you'll need to edit the code for the HCL sidebox module.
Here's the link to the tutorial for that: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=249
Hope this helps
sorry missed a letter.

I will look at the code and also asked the question on HCL and so far all i got was its a IE issue.

Ok, I checked it out and it's definitely related to the HCL sidebox and only in IE and not FF as you said.
You can tell it's related to HCL because when I say "yes" to the warning, the HCL sidebox appears, but when I say "no" to the warning, it does not.
I cannot answer why it does this in IE but not FF, because I just don't know enough about it.
If you already have SSL installed to include HCL, check all the absolute links in your HCL php files to make sure they are https instead of http.
Here are some options to resolve the issue:
1. Remove that side box from the check out pages using the tutorial I provided in my original answer to you
2. Install HCL inside your ZC root directory vs. on your website's root directory (this will make HCL unavailable to non-ZC sections of the site though, so if you want it available outside the store, if that's how your site is set up, then this is not a good option)
3. Install your security certificate site wide instead of just to the store, in order to cover all pages and make sure that all of your absolute links begin with https instead of http
There may be additional options that I'm not aware of, so please continue to check around - not just on the forum and in the tutorials, but also elsewhere on the internet. There is a ton of info out there!
Hope this helps
