Hi I'm trying to edit a couple of files but I forgot which files I need to edit

I am trying to edit the tab where it says Zen Cart the art of E-commerce all I am doing is trying to delete this so it appears with the name of that page for instance Home

The second one I am trying to edit is the footer

If you can tell me which files I need to edit I will be very grateful thank you in advance
