USPS International shipping estimate does not work

When I set up the USPS shipping module with the US shipping zone (United States, all zones) it works fine, but when I switch the shipping zone to worldwide (all countries, all zones) it does not work, i.e. the Estimate Shipping Costs table does not display the USPS options. I have installed the USPS Patch May 12, 2008 (http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=556048) but it still doesn't work.

I am running Zen Cart v1.3.8a, it's a fresh installation.

Make sure to REMOVE and INSTALL the USPS module after updating ...

Next, when you say you set a World Wide Zone ... do you mean you set it to NONE or do you mean you attempted to make an Everywhere Zone?

I got it.

I attempted to create a "Worldwide Shipping" zone in Locations/Taxes>Zone Definitions where I set it to "All Countries" and "All Zones", then in the USPS shipping module I chose it for Shipping Zone. It does not work that way.

A simple solution is to choose "None" for Shipping Zone in USPS shipping module and it works.

Can you view my other question about PayPayl payment module and give some advise? Thanks.
