red flag $0 USPS Shipping Incorrect

    Hi,
I use 1.3.8a and I applied the USPS update per instructions. I'm getting $0 international shipping while it returned correct rates when it was first set up; this was the first international order. The USPS mod is used only for international orders. There are no other shipping mods installed.

If you try any other International Shipping does it work?

Thank you for posting. I also tried with an address in Spain and the same thing happens: $0 shipping.

    Any ideas?

I am not seeing anything for Ohio either ...

What is your 5 digit Zip Code set to in the Shipping/Packaging?

What is the Maximum Weight set to?

What are the Tare Weights set to?

What version Zen Cart are you running?

    Clean install or an Upgrade?

USPS is only for orders outside the US, as mentioned before (sorry).

Under Shipping/Packaging, zip is 11776. Nothing for max weight and tare.

    Clean install is 1.3.8a.

How did you build your Zone for this?

Are you sure you have details for the Zone and not just a Zone Name?

When I go to that zone definition (foreign) and click on details, I see a list of countries with "all zones".

That text is there not to confuse people (very targeted market).
