Viewing the source of that site's page should tell you everything you need to know.
i tryed that, but how do you implement it in zen cart. i know how to do it in my dreamweaver program, but where do you do it in zen cart?
To do it by Product, just create the Option Names with the Option Type of TEXT and set the Sort Order to the Display Order then add them as Attributes to the Products that you need them on ...
NOTE: Option Names can be Edited to have Comments on them ...

Sorry, this is wehre i was getting lost. i tryed this, but the attributes are giving me issues.
Can you tell me exactly what to do, sorry. the error i am getting is
Attribute Option and Option Value Do NOT Match - Attribute was not added - : TEXT

I'm the owner of the site. Unfortunately, my knowledge of web development is less than basic. But are you trying to do something similar to our site- the text boxes above feed into the product attributes where the sentences are completed?
