Big Royal mail

I have just installed the royal mail 2.1 into my 1.3.8a cart but for some reason it isnt appearing in the shipping module list, what could be the problem?

Have you updated your SQL?

There is another update you have to perform than is described in the main instructions.

I have tried this though and it still is not returning postage costs, no response or help so far unfortunately...

I have looked through the threads and I suspect that this module is very poorly supported unfortunately...
