Unable to get HTMLArea to work

I know I have asked this question in someone elses thread, but i dont think anyone has seen it. Im using 1.3.8a and I have changed mystore HTMLAREA but when i go to add my product description, i cant edit things like font colours, sizes and pictures and links etc.

Whre else can i go to turn on the HTML box.

Ok, for some reason it has now appeared. Must have just taken a while for it to recognise the changes i made. Cheers

More than likely, what happened is that you turned on your Default setting for the editor, this will work from next login on, and did not turn it on manually while still in the same session so it was running off the "old default" of being off ...

The reason this happens is, you are able to toggle this html editing on and off while in the Admin so changing the default setting does not affect the current setting ...
