help with contact page

My contact page looks fine and functions correctly, but the breadcrumbs at the top repeat themselves 3 times. Any ideas why this would occur? When I changed the text in the language file, it's only entered once.

According to your source code it is pulling it from somewhere 3 times.

Have you used the developers toolkit under tools -
developers toolkit under the admin login
for your site. Use the bottom box search for
Contact Us/Leave, choose the dropdown and choose the top option.
It should pull up the file
that is the culprit.

Thanks for your reply. I tried the Developers Tool Kit, but it only pulls up the two files in the languages directory in which I edited the text. I can't seem to find where/why it's being called 3 times on the contact page only.

When I search for the modified text in our contact us page it is being pulled from:

[FONT=Times New Roman]includes/languages/english/html_includes/your template name/define_contact_us.php

You can either go to that file directly through ftp or better yet check it by logging into your admin part of the site and choose tools - define pages editor and click the dropdown and choose define_contact_us.

Also check to be sure you are using the override system. If not the file in question would then be located at includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_contact_us.php

Please check this and and then get back to us.

The define_contact_us.php file only modifies the text above the form but doesn't have any parameters for the breadcrumbs.

Obviously I can change what the breadcrumb says in includes/languages/english/my_template/contact_us.php, but I cannot find which file is calling the 'NAVBAR_TITLE' parameter 3 times. The same issue doesn't seem to appear anywhere else on the site. I've examined every file I could find that is tied to the 'contact us' page, but no luck.

First thing I'd do is remove the file from my override folder where I added the "Leave Feedback' - that will fix the triple breadcrumb. Then I'd re-edit the file to add the text again. May just be some weird glitch.
