site wont display in explorer after transfer

Hi all,
I asked a new host to transfer a site that has been running on another host to transfer a friend's site and now it is up it won't display in explorer browser. It comes up in Firefox but not explorer. Explorer shows a blank page and doesn't load. The new host is not claiming responsabilty and I have not idea how to fix it.

It was stored as an addon domain before and now has its own dedicated IP - I don't know if this makes any difference?

Also I am locked out of the admin as it wont accept the username and password.

This web site has been like this for days and the owner is loosing alot in sales as a result. I am getting pretty concerned and would be grateful for any help please.

I read the page on troubleshooting blank pages. The error log shows lots of page not found on the following:
/public_html/robots.txt
/public_html/404.shtml
/public_html/robots.txt
What do I do please?

I am tying to figure this out from the links provided and have a question. Should i upload the /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php files I backed up from the old site? Could they have messed that up on the transfer and is why the admin wont let me in?

I read the page on troubleshooting blank pages. The error log shows lots of page not found on the following:

That's from your apache errorlog. Those are minor and can be ignored. Only search engines look for robots.txt files. And those messages are just saying that they didn't find one when they looked for it.

The blank-page FAQ, esp step 2a, deals with PHP errors, not apache errors.

I uploaded the enable_error_logging.php file and when i checked the site in explorer it appeared. I looked at the enable_error_logging.php file and there is nothing changed from the original enable_error_logging.php file. I then deleted it and checked again and the page wouldnt load again.
I then uploaded the enable_error_logging.php file and when I did the web site loaded!

Can you tell me what I do now please? Do I just leave the file there?

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What version of PHP is your server using?

Sounds like your PHP version is too new for the version of Zen Cart you're running.

Please re-check that. Zen Cart hasn't released a version 2 yet, let alone 3 !!
