My client has a store and she went in the backend and added a new product. She swears she did not click anything although I did notice that there were some settings that were different. For example, she only accepts PayPal but I noticed that Authorize.net was clicked and so was credit card clicked.
But when her customers purchase, they get this error message saying that there is no shipping to their region. Can anyone help us? We will pay $50 via PayPal.
