when i go into the shopping cart and check the box to remove an item it takes me to a page saying new products for august with a large scrolling repeating area...?

also for some reason this didnt happen when i built it behind the current site, when i moved it to the front i noticed for some reason the navigation scrolls withe the site...?

any ideas? :)
