Installing Zen Cart

Good evening, I am reinstalling the zen cart (1.3.7 version) to a new server, when I get to the phpBB Setup and click on "Save phpBB Settings", the next page which is "Store Setup", the page is blank. I restarted, closed out and reinstalled several times, but when I get the the Store Setup, the page is blank. What do I need to do? Thank you in advance

How did you upload the Zen Cart distribution?

As an expanded set of files or as the zip?

What FTP client are you using?

What account manager does your host provide you?

I uploaded the Zen Cart distribution as an expanded set of files.
I am using File Zilla as a FTP client
The account Manager is 4admin hosting control panel

Filezilla is better at reporting any missed corrupt uploads but one must look for the errors as ells and whistles do not go off...
Might you have not seen a error in the bottom panel?

Blank pages are indicative of a corrupt file or a mis edited file but as this is at the install stage you should not have made any edits so I would look to a bad upload

I am getting nearly blank pages, upon viewing the source code the path for the css files contain the file system path instead of web system path, the paths are set correctly in the configuration file.

how do I fix this?..

Can't tell with out a link to your install...

blank pages are common from using poor editors for editing files and are covered in the tutorials/FAQ's link in the top nav bar on this page
