Login is not secure. How do I secure Login?

Our log in in not secure, however my shop/includes/ configure file shows:
// Use secure webserver for checkout procedure?
define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');

Where else must I activate this?

Here is some more interesting info. If I enter erroneous info in the login box (on the non secure login page) The error box "Error Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password." appear AND I am redirected to the https login page!

Very odd.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

i'm having the same issue. Everything was fine but today the login is unsecure. Not sure what the issue is i cheked the images, etc but cant seem to fix this.

When I looked in FF & IE6 I got a clean lock

its when the customers types in the login info and then hits the button log in it show the non -secure pop up

you can use this login to see.
