getting an error on one customer only

I have one customer that is having trouble, when I click on his user name in administration I get the following errors (no other users display these errors):

That's a result of your database data being damaged for some reason.
It seems that that customer's "entry_country_id" value from the address_book table is blank, when it shouldn't be.
