Move add to cart

I am trying to move my add to cart button to the bottom of the page below all the options. I have tried all the step on all the forms below and their is no change in the location. Also I am using a edited version of the sunflower_orange template. Please help me!

If you want to move it to the top, move the Add to cart section of tpl_product_info_display.php below the <!--eof Product Price block --> tag,

i have wrapped in tags so it is on the left, but if you want to on the right simply remove the float:left tag at the top and bottom of the Add to cart section.

That should move your add to cart box to the top.
