PayPal Standard Question

Hi all:

Before I begin, I've learned a tremendous amount just by reading the forums. But I can't find the answer to the following question:

I use PayPal Standard (not express, not pro). I run Zen 1.3.8. Everything is going so well, except the fact that when I receive the order in paypal, I have to manually enter the name and the address of the buyer.

I am pretty sure that I've got everything set up correctly - can anyone recommend what I can check to be sure that I've gotten everything correct?

Manually add the name and address where? Do you have any custom Add Ons? The URL of the site?

Once I'm in paypal, and I click on "print shipping label" I have to add in the name and the address of the buyer.
