I've got zencart installed in /store and want to move it to the root of my website. What is involved in moving the installation directory?
v1.3.7 on Linux
Has anyone done this without a complete reinstall?
Thanks

Move all files and folders from /store to the root. Edit admin/includes/configure.php and includes/configure.php to remove all references to /store.

I moved my zencart test site store from www.tropicxotic.com/zencart TO
www.tropicxotic.com/estore
The aim is to create a flash Index -page that will redirect to
www.tropicxotic.com/estore).
I know searching www.tropicxotic.com/estore will load, but
though I have not yet loaded an index page, when you search the domain www.tropicxotic.com, It displays a 404 error and with the old store directory showing in the address bar. (http://www.tropicxotic.com/zencart/index.php)
My Question is, will loading the flash index page stop the 404 error or I need to delete the old directory?
I did as Stated here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=122 . On a Live test site.
What am I missing?
If you now have no index page in the root, and no redirect to the folder then you will get an error if you previously did have an index page in the root.
An index page in the root? What am I missing?

Now, I just loaded a test index page in the root of www.tropicxotic.com to see if the 404 Error mentioned above will be corrected, but it is still showing an error and not loading the newly uploaded index for the redirect. Any Suggetions?
www.tropicxotic.com STILL takes you to
http://www.tropicxotic.com/zencart/index.php.
You probably have a .htaccess redirect in the root to the 'zencart' folder.
