what is the track your package url?

I remember seeing a link on zen cart where someone can track their order... right now we are just putting the tracking number in the comments and updating the order shipped....

we want a link where someone can track their order easily...

what can I do?

Out-of-the-box without any addons, you would just login to your My Account area and view the status updates for your order.

If you want to add specific tracking links to specific shipping carriers, you'll need an addon.
