Moving Zen Cart to my root folder

When I first installed it I had it in it's own folder and now that I'm getting ready to add my own pages to it, I'd like to move it up a level once that's done.

Just a few questions before I do that:

1: Is it going to mess up my database structure?
2: Where would I change in the system where the store is located or would I have to...
3: Reupload the install folder and change where the store is located on my site or reupload the whole cart system?

I know it's going to be a lot of work and I should have done it in the first place.

Nice. I'm printing out the instructions right now. Hopefully I can get all I want done in a timely manner so I can get the store live in the next few weeks.

Definitely finding a lot more help here than at the other support site for that other cart I was trying to use. Got some of it started already. Now I just have to wait for everyone to go to bed later to get into the hardcore stuff that I need to get done before I move everything. And that list is huge LOL.

If my store was previously located in the folder "mysite.com/store"

and the entry in configure.php was:

define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/store/');

when I move it to the root folder will the new entry be:

define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');

?

to answer my own question I'm pretty sure that is the correct syntax after referring to the original zencart files.
