Can Shopping Cart only email details.

I have a client who does not want any actual paying facility when the purchase is completed. The customer will fill in a form with required details, including perhaps visa card details, which will then be emailed to my client, the site owner.
I have not seen anything, or could find anything, about this option which I would expect to be a very basic feature.
Can someone please give me a pointer or two in the right direction.

Email my CC details over non-secure email www??? I would not accept/purchase anything from a site that requested this...

Investigate the default CC module for off line processing

admin > modules > payment > Credit Card - Offline Processing

As this allows entering via secure connection(if you have a SSL Certificate) CC Details but does not process the transaction. Transaction processing is performed via your CC terminal
