Trouble changing header.jpg

I have tried creating an overirde directory for the email_template_welcome.html file to go in along with a new header.jpg, I have tried just simply replacing the header.jpg in the email directory, and I have tried complete renames and deletes.

Currently there is just the header.jpg file replaced with my own, no overrides attempted. The email is still pulling the zencart logo though. I did find what the problem seems to be but dont know how to fix or how I might have caused.

this is the file it should be pulling I thought

But when I copy the image location int he email it comes up with this

Odd, you are right. When I was at home no matter seemingly what I would try the second link was pulling the zen logo as well as all the emails I got as I kept reregistering. Now i am at work looking at it the link is correct.

My answer might seem strange, but worked for me.

After a lot of trial and error, I changed the logo name in stylesheet.css to header_bg_1.jpg

And then replaced my file (renamed it header_bg.jpg) with the original file.

It works...God knows how!
