Moved to new server, can't access store by IP

If I try my ip.ip.ip.ip/store I get a "page cannot be displayed error" like the directory doesn't exist.

If I try IP/store/admin I just get a blank white page.

I changed all the database info, etc. but I am wondering if the site won't come up because of the paths tied to the domain name, will this work better when the DNS propagates (finally)?

Thanks for any input, been up for 24 hours moving 3 gigs of data on a bogged down DSL (that went out half way through a 1 GB upload) so I'm a little drained.

Were you given a new IP when you moved servers?

DNS has moved but I still can't access my index.php of the store.

File is there, directory is there, but can't access the store. If I try store/admin I get a blank screen, no errors or text, just an all white screen.

Had three programs on the server running PHP and MySQL. PHPBB, PhotoPost Pro, and Zen. The PHPBB worked like a charm, not a single error. But the PhotoPost and Zen won't come up. Both act the same, so I don't know what's going on. My guess is something is wrong with the path or the DB.

I have moved all the database tables for Zen, changed the path in the config file, and done everything I did the last time I moved a server but am stuck. Please help, any tips would be great appreciated. I am obviously over looking something, probably something stupid/silly, but Im down right now.
