Having a problem with ups checkout page when I try to check out

I have everything installed and it seems to work great,,,,but when I order something and then continue to checkout it takes me to the page where is allows me to enter ups notes. (up to this point everything works fine--even gives me the estimated shipping which looks correct)..Then it says to continue to go to step two.....it never actually goes anywhere--just to a blank page

any ideas---anyone heard of this???

i tried it using the paypal option too--after I log in to paypal and confirm how I want to pay for it and click continue (says I will be sent to a confirmation page) it takes me back to the orginal page above (which is where I have the problem)

any help would be great--not sure

I just noticed that when I go to the site I see it is says it is at

https://www.shar......

but when I click on any link at all it goes to http

could that be part of the problem--it should be https at all times

how do I fix that
