Trouble with admin

I cannot use my admin area. I can log in, but it does not go anywhere. It looks like a stripped down version of admin( no graphics or anything) All of the links do not go anywhere.

Were you ever able to use the admin? It sounds like the admin wasn't uploaded properly. I'd try uploading the files/folders again.

yes I have been able to use the admin. It did not "mess up" until I tried to change to location of my shop to the public_html. I did something wrong with that so I put it all back. Maybe it was something I forgot to do. Thanks for replying.
