'403 Forbidden Error' when trying to download product

I'm trying to set up a category that only contains free downloadable wallpaper. I have read and followed (I think ) all the instructions in the article titled How do I add downloads to products? make products downloadable? found here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=71

Checkout goes smoothly but when I click the link to download the wallpaper, I get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pub/.ivhzmcoinfxhlwnqq/wallpaper-name.gif on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am running ZenCart 1.3.7.1.

I have changed the permissions of both the "pub" and "download" folders to 777.

I'm with Bluehost and according to the directions from the above article I should turn redirect ON since I'm on a Linux server. I found it in the control panel but maybe I am not doing something right. Here's a screen capture of how I set up the redirect:



Can somebody pleeeease help me out here? Why am I getting this error?

Okay well, nevermind! I set the redirect to 'false' in Admin->Configuration->Attribute Settings and now it's working!
