    Default Forgot your password? error message

    I'm having this problem, When a costumer forget his password and click on the Forgot your password? a new page with an error message says: Forgot your password?

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    any idea of why I'm getting this message ?

    You could have a bad, corrupt or missing file(s) for this on the server ...

    Have you tried comparing a clean Zen Cart download to the files on your server to see if any are bad?

    Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com is a good program for comparisons of files ...

    Thanks Ajeh for your replay, Yes I have this program but can we limit the comparison size of the files by telling me where exactly to look into?

    That is a bit of a problem as there are several files and areas that this could be a problem ...

    Plus, if there is a bad file, 1 bad file could be an indicator of others ...

    While it can be a pain, better safe than sorry and test all the files ...

    On templates and overrides, you can point the default directory to your overrides directory to do a compare for a "general check" of issues ... while the files are different, there are often similarities that might stand out if there is an issue ...
