Cart Upsell: Error message 1064 you have an error in your sql syntax after installing

I have a similar error, however this only shows up on the cart page, and only since I included the cart upsell.

The error here was caused my calling the mod twice in the shopping cart mod. Once I removed the duplicate, it works fine!
